Our range of services
A small croissant breakfast in your apartment, a well-stocked fridge, a reservation at the restaurant, the opera or the soccer match … just let us know your wishes. So that you can feel undisturbed in your apartment and we maintain your privacy, we offer a free weekly cleaning service for stays of seven nights or more. Of course, you can also book this service several times a week. You will find a detailed overview under “Service offers and prices”.

Welcome
For €20 per night, pets are welcome to stay with us. However, we ask that you do not bring any dogs classified as dangerous or fighting dogs.

The Honesty Bar
The “HONESTY-BAR”, our house bar, is open for you throughout the day and offers everything from chocolate, milk and muesli to pasta, wine and beer. Fill out a withdrawal slip and we will add your wishes directly to your room bill.

Breakfast offer
From Monday through Friday, we offer our guests breakfast service starting at 7:30 a.m. With our wide variety of breakfast options, you can start your day feeling relaxed and in a good mood. Please sign up for this service by 2:00 PM the day before so that we can prepare everything fresh and on time for you. For the weekend, we’d be happy to put together a personalized breakfast shopping list for you upon request. For this service, we charge a flat fee of 20% of the purchase value, with a minimum of €20. Please place your order for the weekend by Thursday at 12:00 PM.
Parking in Eppendorf und Winterhude
In the immediate vicinity of the von Deska Townhouses, at Innocentiapark, around Isestraße, at Klosterstern and around the tennis stadium at Rothenbaum, residents’ parking applies. The area around the White House and Ivy House is divided into parking zones:
- Free of charge:
Parking in the adjacent streets is free of charge for you between 20:00 – 09:00 - With parking ticket:
From 09:00 – 20:00, parking is possible with a parking ticket at €3.00/hour (maximum parking time: 3 hours) - Special regulation for electric vehicles: Marked e-cars park free of charge with a parking disk up to the maximum parking time
- Day tickets: Available at parking ticket machines in the “Tennisstadion” or “Kaifu” zone for €10.00/day
- Parking garage: Very close by: “My Falkenried”: Lehmweg 7 for €20.00/day (open Mon. to Sun. from 06:00 to 22:00)
If you do not need a car in Hamburg, we recommend using a cab or public transportation. Our locations are well connected: The U3 stops “Hoheluftbrücke” (near Ivy House) and “Eppendorfer Baum” as well as the U1 stop “Klosterstern” (near White House) are in the immediate vicinity. If you arrive by car, you can park and ride, e.g. at the free Lattenkamp parking lot. From there you can reach “Klosterstern” in just 5 minutes with the U1 every 5 minutes on weekdays and every 10 minutes at weekends. By changing at the “Kellinghusenstraße” stop, you can reach “Hoheluftbrücke” in 7 minutes. For maximum flexibility, Deska Townhouses also offers rental bicycles.
